Here at the Hotel Luis’ restaurant we know how important could be to start a new day with an excellent breakfast.
The owner, Mario, and our chef are always looking for new and tasty products that we could offer to our guests. The Hotel Luis’ chef is always working hard… and he wants to wish you a good day starting from breakfast.
Everything is made in our kitchen and we also prefer using tipical products from Trentino.
Our breakfast is served with a wide buffet, where cereals, muesli, apples from Trentino, fresh fruit and syrup fruit, fruit salad, yogurts, fruit juices, a wide range of jams and desserts, little biscuits, muffins, plumcakes, croissants, tea and coffee, homemade orange juice are never missing. We also provide cheese, eggs and cold cuts. On request we can cook würstel and bacon.
In the BIO corner you can also find suitable products for our celiac guests. Something that you must try are our jam or Nutella’s crêpes which are made in the moment that you ask for them.
We belive that holidays are not diet days, and breakfast is the most important meal of your day. You have to be full of energy if you want to face our mountains whether in winter or in summer.
Our chef is waiting for you both at lunch and at dinner with a menu which pays attention to a various and tasty meal, with a big buffet of salads, vegetables and appetizers.
We are here to cuddle and pamper you, and also to improve Trentino and italian cooking which is reconsidered by our chef.
Our menus are both tipical and refined, both national and international. We believe that every meal at the Hotel Luis will be an amazing experience for you. In particular, we are specialized in desserts. Our desserts are really beautiful to see and special to eat. We provide a wide range of desserts that make us well know in all the territory.
We also pay much attention to our little guests. We have a suitable manu for babies and children, and there’s also the chance to warm meals brought by mums. The restaurant provides high chairs.
